Please note that we strive to provide our merchants with the best payout terms but depending on various factors it is not always possible to reduce the payout frequency but please do get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Changing (removing or improving) your Rolling Reserve can be discussed after you have processed with Paynt for at least 3 months. Please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide the terms you would prefer and we will forward your request to the appropriate team for evaluation.

This error means that the card machine is having connection issues, first thing you should check is if it is connected to the internet and that the signal is strong enough. Try to move the machine in order to receive a stronger signal.
If the signal is strong, but you are still getting this error – please restart the Wi-Fi network that the card machine is connected to.
If that doesn’t help please try to connect it to a different internet source (different Wi-Fi network, personal hotspot/4G network).
