How can I access my settlement invoices?

How do I change my payout frequency?

Currently, we have 2 options available – daily payouts and weekly payouts. If you want to switch from daily to weekly and vice versa please contact our support team at [email protected]

Please note that we strive to provide our merchants with the best payout terms but depending on various factors it is not always possible to reduce the payout frequency but please do get in touch and we will see what we can do.

How can I change my Rolling Reserve terms?

Changing (removing or improving) your Rolling Reserve can be discussed after you have processed with Paynt for at least 3 months. Please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide the terms you would prefer and we will forward your request to the appropriate team for evaluation.
